PROJECT PROPOSAL

Everest Learning Platform

A structured, SEA-focused learning platform for Trinidad & Tobago, built to help parents teach with confidence and to support children who learn differently.

Prepared for: Everest Developmental Centre  ·  edc.everest@gmail.com  ·  +1 (868) 681-8206

01The opportunity

Parents in Trinidad & Tobago want structured help preparing their children for the SEA, and real support for children with ADHD, dyslexia or language-processing challenges. Existing sites give disconnected worksheets or drill-based practice. None combine structured teaching, learning-difference support and a guided path. Everest fills that gap with one clear promise: the right work, in the right order.

02What we will build

A fully custom, owned mobile app (iOS + Android) — a real app your families download, not an off-the-shelf template. The core is a guided learning pathway: every topic is a sequence of lessons, and every lesson follows one consistent format. (A parent web app follows in a later phase.)

Learning pathwaysSequential lessons with a clear next step, organised by subject, standard, skill and learning need.
Structured lessonsExplanation, worked examples, worksheet, interactive activity, quiz, and a differentiation path for when a child is stuck.
Parent dashboard & red flagsOne family account, a profile per child, progress tracking, a resume button, and gentle red-flag indicators when a child keeps struggling.
Parent-generated practiceA parent types in spelling or test-prep words and the platform builds activities and quizzes from them automatically.
Engaging, ADHD-awareInteractive activities, videos and games — kept calm and focused, never over-stimulating.
PaymentsSubscriptions and one-time purchases, per child, with international cards and a local WiPay option.
Admin without a developerYou add lessons, upload worksheets, embed activities and edit pages yourself. No code, no waiting.
Native iOS + Android appA real app on the App Store & Google Play — fast, clean and secure on the phones and tablets kids actually use.

03See it working today

We did not just write a proposal, we built the app.

A working, clickable prototype of the v1 mobile app — 21 screens: onboarding & a quick learning check, the guided pathways, a full interactive lesson, the parent dashboard with red-flag alerts, custom practice and the SEA mock. This is the quality bar for the real build.

Also included: a web-version preview — how the same product looks on desktop (the later web-app phase).

The feature-complete MVP build takes about 1.5–2 months and delivers the exact product shown in the prototype; the overall partnership runs ~6 months end to end (build + content transformation + launch + growth). Each milestone is invoiced on acceptance, with a 15 to 20 percent deposit to begin.

B · Full Partnership
Recommended
Everything in A + AI content transformation + a 3-month growth & marketing launch.$6k–$10k / month
~$29–32k total

Option B is billed $6,000–$10,000 per month across the ~4–6-month partnership — sized to your monthly budget, not a large lump sum (total ~$29–32k). Content & marketing figures are indicative until we see your content volume.

The business case

At $20/month, 500 subscribers ≈ $10,000/month — the build pays back in roughly 2–3 months of subscriptions. At the Year-3 target of 5,000 subscribers that is ~$100,000/month. This is an investment in an owned, revenue-generating asset, not a one-off cost.

06What is included

In the build (MVP)The full prototype — generator, red-flag alerts, community, gamification, 3-tier commerce — plus development, testing and QA, security and accessibility, deployment, admin training and handover.
Partnership tracks (Option B)AI-assisted content transformation and the growth & marketing launch — take them with us, or run them yourself.
Provided by youBranding and photography, third-party fees (hosting, domain, Stripe/WiPay), and legal policy drafting.

Content runs in parallel with the build. A structured platform is only as strong as the lessons loaded into it — so we either transform your existing material with you (Option B) or hand you the tooling to load it yourself. Either way, start content from day one.

07Next steps

  1. Approve the scope and confirm the v1 feature set in this proposal.
  2. Sign off & deposit against Milestone 1 to begin.
  3. Kickoff: finalise branding, domain, hosting and the payment setup, then build starts.
  4. Content in parallel: agree who produces lessons and at what pace toward launch.
